THE 2015 season is fast approaching and Lewis Rollo is heavily submersed in preparation.
The coming season will be his most challenging to date with the young Scott turning 16 years of age in May, making him eligible to make the jump to the Supersport category.
Although no solid plans have been set for the Supersport leap, Lewis will compete once again in the fantastic and challenging Aprilia RRV 450 IN Competition Cup.
Lewis morphed in to a more accomplished racer in 2014, a consistent season of bringing home solid points in a competitive field finishing fourth in both the Aprilia IN Competion and the Bridgestone Supertwins Championships.
Lewis had this to say about his 2014 campaign “Well last year has been a good learning year. We made a lot of good decisions and bad, but that’s racing. We started off the year slow, we had a lot of problems with the engine but we managed to get them fixed and half way through the year we were back up the front fighting for wins. At the end of the day that’s all we wanted, is to know that we could run at the front and fight for the wins. The last round of the year was at Mallory and it was a brilliant way to end the year. Five podiums out of the eight and we had some amazing battles in the 650 class and the 450s as well.”
