LEWIS Rollo had a weekend of struggles at the Sixth round of the Pirelli National Superstock 600 championship at Snetterton.
The young Scot has had a dramatic start to his rookie season, running at the front in every race, despite crashing out on occasion.
However, Snetterton proved to be a bit of a Bogie track to the Teenager on his first visit to the Norfolk Broads.
Struggling with Clutch issues early in the weekend put Lewis on the back foot, only to impress, once again come race day.
Lewis added “Qualifying in the dry didn’t go so well with a slipping clutch hampering my lap time and rain in the second qualifying session. This seen me start from 22nd on the grid. I managed to fight my way through to ninth in the race and was closing on the seventh and eighth place battle in front, but just ran out of laps. I still got points and a top ten finish so just looking forward to Thruxton now. Thanks again to all my sponsors and family”
